hello there! i'm jojo or fallowfrog, and i am an artist based in brisbane! i've been attending conventions since 2016 and immediately knew i wanted to be an artist at these events one day. that dream came true in 2022, and i've been a convention artist ever since!

when i'm not drawing, i love gaming, writing and learning languages (spanish and japanese)!

where do you ship from?
i ship from brisbane, australia!

do you ship internationally?
yes! right now, i ship to 25+ different countries in oceania (nz), asia, europe and north america!

what is the shipping time?
the estimated shipping time varies depending on where you are located! domestic standard shipping usually takes between 3-6 business days after postage, while express shipping takes between 1-3 business days.

as for international shipping, check estimated shipping times at checkout for better estimates for when your package is expected to arrive!

many things can happen out of our control, such as packages being lost or wild weather causing delays. if there are any issues with your order, please use the contact form with your order number and we can discuss solutions!

what about shipping costs?
shipping costs are dependent on the weight of the parcel! at checkout, shopify automatically calculates the weight of every item and determines shipping costs. 

what payment methods do you accept?
